In 2004, Erika joined joined the Health Improvement Collaborative. Erika was previously a healthcare representative with Pfizer where she provided clinical data on numerous products. Erika also worked for Baptist Health Care System in the Institutional Review Board and Human Resources in Miami, Florida. Erika graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors of Health Services Administration and a minor in Marketing.
